How To Shop Online.
To shop online simply browse through the categories
of One Stroke Painting items and accessories.
When you find something
you wish to buy, just click on the button.
The PayPal Shopping Cart window will then open and show the item(s)
you are buying.
By default the PayPal Shopping Cart will show just
1 of an item, but if you wish to buy more just enter the desired
amount in the Qty Box and click 'Update Basket' the additional items
will then be added to your shopping list.
To remove an item, just click in the Remove Box, click
'Update Basket' and the item will be removed from your shopping list.
To view your shopping cart at any time just click the button.
You can complete your order and make online payments
by clicking the button.
VAT, Postage and Packaging.
The price of items on this web site include VAT but
do not include postage and packaging - these costs are calculated
according to the number and type of items you order.
The postage
and packaging costs will be clearly shown to you by the PayPal
Shopping Cart system before you finalise your order.
PLEASE NOTE: The postage and packaging costs shown
apply to deliveries to the UK ONLY. If you wish us to send an order
overseas then higher postage and packaging costs will apply.
Owing
to a high percentage of credit card fraud in some countries, we
accept and send orders outside the UK only at our discretion. Payment.
We have chosen PayPal to process online payments
because of their long history, their high regard to security and
their solid reputation for processing online payments.

You may pay for your order via PayPal by using a
Credit Card, Debit Card or through a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account you can open
one free as you make your payment or by clicking
here now.
PayPal is a well established company that is used
to securely handling online payments and does so only via secure
web sites.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not receive any details of your
credit card from PayPal. All we receive are details of your order
and confirmation that your payment has been approved.
However, should you wish
to buy 'off-line' then please click
here to request a copy of our latest price list
and order form to be emailed to you.
Alternatively, send a stamped
addressed envelope to -

And a price list and order form will be sent to you
by return post.
Deliveries.
Once we are notified by PayPal that your order and
payment has been authorised we will begin processing your order.
We will send out your order just as soon
as we can. We aim to send out all orders within 10 working days,
although many orders take much less time to send out than this.
In the event that
an item you ordered is not in stock and may take longer than 10
working days to send out to you, we will contact you to let you know
of the delay and to give you the opportunity of either waiting or
canceling the ordered item.
Returns.
We will replace or refund items that you receive which
are damaged or faulty provided we are notified within 5 days of receipt
and these items are then returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
Unfortunately we cannot give refunds for items that
are ordered and then no longer required.
For your own benefit we strongly advise you use Recorded
Delivery to return items to us, as we will under no circumstances
make refunds for items sent back to us that we do not receive.
PLEASE NOTE: Our maximum liability in all circumstances
is limited to the purchase price. Your Security and Privacy.
Your security of payment and individual privacy
are both very important for us. This is why we have chosen PayPal
to securely handle all online payments.
We do not retain, swap or
pass on, etc to any outside organisation or individual any information
about who visits this web site, contacts us or who buys from us.
If something goes wrong!
Your order details, delivery address, etc are usually
forwarded to us from PayPal by email. Although email is very reliable,
we are aware that on rare occasions email messages can go astray.
Once we receive details from PayPal we will try to
contact you within a day or so to confirm your order has been received
and is being processed.
If you do not receive a confirmation direct from us,
then please feel free to contact us by clicking

When you do contact us please try to give us as much
information as you can regarding your order -
1. The date your order was placed
2. Any Receipt or Order Number given to you by PayPal
3. Your name, email and postal address
We will use this information to trace your order.
Please Note: Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES
should you give to us (or anyone else) your PayPal Account Number
or Log In Details.
